Every Haunted order is carefully packed and dispatched from Australia.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Haunted purchase.
If your item isn't the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
